My Name is Stephanie Russo , the founder of S.R Event Design & Decor. A little over a year ago I embarked on this journey , transitioning from a 16-year career in the “skilled”nursing side of gereatric healthcare it was during the challenging times of the pandemic that I truly realized the fragility and preciousness of life. Working through the pandemic ,I had a front row seat to the resilience of the human spirit ,I witnessed both the struggles and the triumphs , and it was an experience that left an indelible mark on my heart , and forever changed my perspective of life. I saw how important it is to cherish every single moment , to celebrate life and to create meaningful memories that will be cherished for a lifetime.

My Mission is to help families craft and create beautiful heirloom moments no matter how big or small . From birthdays to weddings, anniversaries and family gatherings , each moment is a unique and precious opportunity to create a lasting memory. Whether you need help in designing the entire event from start to finish or day of coordination and management , we have you covered . We specialize in offering a variety of different services , such as customized backdrops, decorating services, floral design and room draping and day of coordination .
