For the bride who wants support for the first half of the day—decor setup, ceremony, and a smooth transition to cocktail hour.

Processional and Recessional creation for the ceremony
Coordination with officiant
Bridal party guidance + line-up
Processional cueing
Ceremony setup oversight
Day-of ceremony management
Rehearsal direction (typically the day before)
Vendor communication for ceremony
Arrival before guests/vendors to oversee venue setup
Styling personal items (signs, guestbook, memory table, etc.)
Coordination of ceremony + rehearsal
Vendor check-ins
Transition of any décor from ceremony site into reception space
Management of the transition into cocktail hour
Departure after cocktail hour
Does not include full reception coverage or late-night pack-down.
