     Rehearsal Coordination
    We'll be there to guide your crew through the ceremony rehearsal, making sure everyone knows where to stand, when to walk, and how to look cool doing it.

    Ceremony & Reception Oversight
    We coordinate key moments, cue music, manage transitions, and keep the party flowing. You just soak up every second.

    Setup Supervision & Final Touches
    We arrive early to oversee every detail of your decor and layout — making sure what you envisioned is what your guests experience.

    Family & Bridal Party Support
    We’re your behind-the-scenes bestie, keeping your wedding party on track, your family stress-free, and everyone where they need to be, when they need to be there.

    You’ll have me on-site through cocktail hour, the grand entrance, dinner service, Tost & Speeches and the start of open dancing Departure occurs after dinner service and open dancing begins

Ceremony Management + Cocktail Transition

Perfect for couples who want expert guidance through the ceremony, cocktail hour, and into dinner.

Includes unlimited communication, in-person rehearsal the day before, officiant and vendor coordination, lineup + cueing, processional + recessional structure, and complete ceremony oversight.

  • Processional and Recessional creation for the ceremony

  • Up to two additional assistants
