    We’ll build an hour-by-hour timeline that ensures every moment — from vendor arrivals to your sparkler exit — runs like clockwork.

    Vendor Communication & Management
    We’ll be the go-to contact for your vendor team so you don’t get bombarded with questions while you're sipping mimosas and getting glammed.

     Rehearsal Coordination
    We'll be there to guide your crew through the ceremony rehearsal, making sure everyone knows where to stand, when to walk, and how to look cool doing it.

    Ceremony & Reception Oversight
    We coordinate key moments, cue music, manage transitions, and keep the party flowing. You just soak up every second.

    Setup Supervision & Final Touches
    We arrive early to oversee every detail of your decor and layout — making sure what you envisioned is what your guests experience.

    Family & Bridal Party Support
    We’re your behind-the-scenes bestie, keeping your wedding party on track, your family stress-free, and everyone where they need to be, when they need to be there.

Please note: Clean-up and decor pack-down is not included but can be added for an additional fee.

Morning-of Set up & Ceremony Coordination

  • For the bride who wants support for the first half of the day—decor setup, ceremony, and a smooth transition to cocktail hour.

    Includes :

    • Processional and Recessional creation for the ceremony

    • Coordination with officiant

    • Bridal party guidance + line-up

    • Processional cueing

    • Ceremony setup oversight

    • Day-of ceremony management

    • Rehearsal direction (typically the day before)

    • Vendor communication for ceremony

    • Arrival before guests/vendors to oversee venue setup

    • Styling personal items (signs, guestbook, memory table, etc.)

    • Coordination of ceremony + rehearsal

    • Vendor check-ins

    • Transition of any décor from ceremony site into reception space

    • Management of the transition into cocktail hour

    Departure after cocktail hour


    Does not include full reception coverage or late-night pack-down.
